Joanna DeMott, MHR, PMP
Joanna DeMott is on a mission to help organizations attract, hire, and retain talented staff.
Joanna holds a Master of Human Relations degree from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and Project Management Professional (PMP) and SHRM Vets at Work certifications.
Joanna’s career spans many different fields, including Federal & State Government Contracting, Marine Corps Personal & Family Readiness, Higher Education, Non-profit, and Business Development.
In 2019, Joanna’s husband retired from the Marine Corps. Joanna and her family are now navigating retirement while she continues to use her experience as a military spouse, student, mother, and professional to assist those currently serving, veterans, military children, and military spouses in navigating the many resources available to help them complete their education, find gainful employment, increase career readiness, start businesses, and create the network they need to succeed.
Joanna is the CEO of Green Zone Corporate Training which provides military cultural training to corporations interested in attracting, hiring, and retaining military-connected employees and Employee Relations consulting services.
